Most workplace conflicts happen because of a lack of communication or a communication breakdown. Regardless of the position you hold, this class will cover the communication process, and help learners hone their active listening skills, and gain confidence in approaching and having ‘hard’ conversations. The class will also cover how you can use AI to help you prepare for hard conversations

This class is held once per week, with each class being two hours in length.
